Update!

Hey folks hope all is well!

I've been thinking quite a bit about what the fastest path to getting Mugsy into your hands actually looks like. This has been a long road, and my idea of what "getting it right" means today is not the same as what it meant when we got started. My goals on this project have been pretty rigid from the beginning, and I understand that that rigidity has gotten in the way of actually finishing it.

I've also been doing a lot of thinking about what v1 actually needs to be, versus what can come in future updates. At my day job I know to not let perfect get in the way of good, but that's been a hard thing to accept or apply within the context of Mugsy. This is something I want to start finalizing and discussing over the next few updates. Nothing specific to share yet, but I wanted to let everyone know that shipping timelines and what getting there looks like is going to be a bigger part of the conversation going forward.
