Update!

Hey folks, hope all is well! This will be a quick update, I’ve been dealing with a sick kitty and juggling vet visits and have not had much time to put together a more detailed update yet.

The combo PCB is completed. I haven’t had a chance to update this latest render but it should give you a good idea of the layout. The Pi and PCB will be mounted on the left side panel, within an enclosure with an acrylic top panel:

I have also updated the schematics and board with the rotary encoder hookup. I tested the basic connections and everything is working well:

The rotary service will convert these signals into native scroll and key events to control the UI and update field values.

PCB went to fab, expect to have them in hand early next week.
