Update

Hey folks, hope all is well!

I have continued working on water flow related functionality over the last week. The latest completion was getting the total recipe water amount and mug overflow protections running. Flow control has easily been the most complex part of this. I expect that it will be another 2-3 weeks before I will be moving on to the other things.

Yesterday I tested some pump positions and total recipe water weight. In the following video, you can see that the first position has a pretty nice flow once the pump is primed. The next position results in sputtering. I’m moving the pump off camera, but the flow dynamics significantly change so it’s easy to spot.

Additional notes:

• Total recipe water was 300g, and the the final pour weight was 299g.

• Like the last video, this is a single move, so not the best for coverage or results, but perfect for testing weights and controls.

• After the cone stops, the pump continues until the recipe water weight is reached.
