Update!
Hey folks, hope all is well!
We finally had a productive week again. I was able to complete most of the remaining frontend application config and setup work this week. This work is less about features and more focused on the underlying application plumbing and foundations.
This completion will allow me to start pushing 1 to 1 feature updates for both the frontend and DECAF simultaneously. There are some minor optimizations and tweaks but those are all small PR tasks. They will just be rolled into the workload and not classified as blocking issues.
This config currently lives in this repo: https://github.com/margyle/mugsy-junebug
I will be rolling in the existing feature set to this repo and it will then replace the current frontend repo on the main Mugsy Github org site. You can install this now and it will connect to DECAF but there will not really be any Mugsy specific features to check out. If you still want to test it out despite that, you will need to run DECAF, authenticate using Postman, then drop your auth token in a .env.local file to access the boiler plate endpoints. Still worth checking out if you would like to see how the routing and component set up works. As usual, there is a cats feature in the examples route to use as a guide.
Next Steps:
Over the next couple of days we will get the Coffee Now and recipe related features integrated back in.
By the weekend I will be able to start demoing machine and brew control from the UI. My goal is to be able to do it from the actual enclosure and not the test rig, but if that is going long I will just film with the test rig and revisit the enclosure next week.
After this weekend I should be caught up enough to get a remaining task list and timeline shared.
Thanks all, hope everyone has a great week and I will see everyone again soon. Cheers!
