Update!

Hey folks, hope all is well! Here are the bits:

Repo Updates

I have added some updated models to the Design repo:

• A reversed limit switch mount for the updated switch position.

• A new T shaped bracket to use on the cone mech beam’s front side mount. This allows you to dial in the cone mech positioning without hitting other brackets or internals. A bit different than how I explained it in the previous update, but a lot more flexible.

• An updated spout arm with some added back side clearance to handle the updated positioning.

Grab Bag

Feel like I ran into a million tiny blockers over the last two weeks. Definitely had to take apart the inner enclosure several times. Again.

Internal layout is dialed in. There are some fit and finish elements to assemble. Mostly just internal paneling and covers to hide some of the clutter and keep things looking nice and tight.

Brew Demos:

No new brew demos just yet but as of this morning we are ready to go. I have started testing mechanics from within the enclosure:

I’ll be brewing coffee over the next couple of days. Initially without the grinder, which will be integrated back into the brew workflow in a few days.

PCB:

I'm giving myself some additional room on the combined PCB. I want to get this new layout right, or as close to right as possible. Thinking 2-3 weeks. This is non blocking as this is only a layout update, the current PCBs are 100% feature complete and functional.
