Quickie.

Hey folks, I wanted to share a quick-ish mid-week update as lots of things are moving in new directions. Let's get to it.

New Ticket System

We have a had a few issues with our support ticketing system provider so I am trying out a new app. You can now go to https://heymugsy.freshdesk.com/ to create tickets. You can also find it by clicking on the "Support" link on the main website. This should resolve the random missed notifications and routing errors I've been experiencing. There is also a searchable FAQ but it is not yet populated.

Build Manual

Now that most of the software is done I have been focusing on the remaining build manual copy and layout. There is still a lot to do but we are definitely at the tail end of this task. All of the graphics are done and I am just adding instructional copy for each step.

I will be spending the bulk of Friday and Saturday finishing up the remaining copy and layout. You can find the latest version of the PDF in the build manual directory on the main Github: https://github.com/margyle/MugsyDev/tree/master/buildManual

Direct Shipment Testing

I started testing direct shipments on Tuesday with more direct units going out tomorrow. Tracking has gone out for most of these shipments. I expect the first of these units to hit the ground on Monday or Tuesday. If these units land as quickly as expected and FBA is still dragging, we are going to pull all inventory from FBA and just ship direct.

I will have more info on these results on Monday/Tuesday and will be sharing that info then.
